1.Each technique the rinnegan has will have limit's

2. Bodies will have to be obtained in battle

3. The user is unallowed a bijuu cursemark or transformation

4.Shinra Tensei has a two post charge time and a five post cool down.

5.Chibaku tenshin can only be used Once in a fight and can be used for another 2 battle due to the major strain it puts on the body. The attack can be destroyed with two S rank techniques or 4 A-ranks

6.Banshō Ten'in, the opponent may escape if having a viable excuse, For example as shinra tampers the ground the user can use a summoning or jutsu that allow him into the air for an extended amount off time. Shinra lasts for a full post,

7. The statue is allowed to be used to suck out souls. You have to catch the person though and doing so will leave you open for an attack.
